Overview
Like That is a property valuation service. Our original WordPress site on Avada gave it a property search, a valuation calculator and separate areas for buyers, sellers and agents.
The brief
Like That needed more than a brochure site: buyers, sellers and estate agents each needed their own way in, with tools to search property, estimate value and ask for a valuation.
What we did
- WordPress set-up on Avada, page layout design and plugin integration.
- Custom functionality, built March–June 2019:
- property search;
- a valuation calculator;
- valuation request forms;
- map listings;
- a front end for buyers, sellers and agents.
- A chat function for users.
- Hosting.
Outcome
The site carried 25 published pages and its valuation form was in use in April 2020. It served the business until about September 2022, when Like That moved to a new site of its own.
Then and now
- ~2016: original Avada site.
- 2019: custom valuation, search, mapping and agent functions.
- ~2022: replaced by the client’s own site. A full copy of our original remains on our servers.
